Pilaf with carrot

Pilaf with carrot it is just not only health meal, but also very delicious one I have ever taste. I will directly give a cooking recipe. Here we go!

Ingredients ( it is considerable for five people)
1. 500 gr meat( turkey, mutton or beef)
2. 3 carrot or little one
3. 5 glass of rice (1 glass= 160 gr)
4. 2 big onion
5. 3 teaspoon salt
6. 3 teaspoon cumin(zira)
7. 1 cleaned garlic
8. 5 tablespoon oil

Directions+++
Place the chopped and washed meat in a saucepan and set over medium heat. Let it give scum and take it with sieve spoon. Add one teaspoon salt and decrease the heat. Take other saucepan and add 5 tablespoons olive oil (or it can be your favorite oil) and chop onions, let it turn a little bit golden add julienne style cut carrots and give 5 minute on the medium heat.Add boiled meat up and juice of it, then washed rice, 2 teaspoon salt and 3 teaspoons cumin. Lower down the heat and wait for approximately 30-40 minutes. It will be ready, serve immediately.
