Xengel is the main dish that, can be eaten in the different cultural and underground cafes as a main dish with partner. It is served in a big plate for two person or sometimes one for each. It can be eaten by vodka, generally. It is prepared by flour and given yogurt with garlic souse. After eating xengel with garlic, both of lover have the same smell and taste that gives self-esteem for kissing better and deeper.
